主要介绍了中国地震局在“九五”期间建立起来的国家防震减灾中心技术系统及它所包含的 7个中心的基本功能和作用。该防震减灾中心技术系统 ,为我国地震和地球科学研究提供了各类基础性观测数据和信息。也是我国灾害性地震应急指挥的工作场所。
This article introduces the technical system of the China National Earthquake Disaster Mitigation, which has been developed over the 9th Five-year plan. It describes the seven centers and their functions of the system. It will provide various original data and information for the seismological and geophysical research, and it will also become the headquarters for guiding the emergency work when the disastrous earthquakes occurred in the country.
