摘要
随着我国社会经济的发展和环境污染的加剧 ,森林的社会效益正日益受到人们的关注。本文对森林社会效益评价历史作了回顾 ,分析了森林社会效益评价的经济学基础 。
With the social economic progress and the increase of environmental pollution in our country, people show great concern over the social benefit of forest day by day. This essay reviews the historical development of the social benefit evaluation of forest and analyses the basis for it in terms of economics. This paper also puts forth the evaluating indicator system and makes an analysis into the connotation of each indicator. Finally it puts forward the concrete evaluating methods of each indicator.
