摘要
对从国外引进的 6 0份玉米自交系进行了苗期人工接种抗病性鉴定 ,筛选出了高抗玉米弯孢病自交系 10份 ,高抗玉米大斑病自交系 2 0份。对从国外引进的 93份玉米自交系、12 6份杂交种穗行材料和 33份国内主推玉米杂交种的骨干自交系进行了田间发病调查 ,经综合分析筛选出小斑病发病率低于 0 .5级、茎腐病、黑粉病和粗缩病发病率低于或等于 5 %的多抗玉米自交系 49个。从引进的国外玉米杂交种三代穗行材料中筛选出小斑病发病率低于 0 .5级 ,茎腐病、黑粉病和粗缩病发病率低于或等于 5 %的多抗穗行材料 18份。
Disease resistance of 60 inbred lines of corn introd uced from the other countries was screened through seedling artificial inoculati on method. Among them 10 inbred lines were highly resistant to corn Curv ularia lunata leaf spot,while 20 inbred lines were highly resistant to corn northern l eaf spot. Incidences of corn diseases were investigated in field condition on 93 corn inbred lines, 126 ear lines of hybrids introduced from other count ry and 33 main inbred lines for hybrids from our country. The results showed th at 49 corn inbred lines with multi-diseases resistance were selected with lower disease severity index to corn southern leaf spot, stalk rot, smut, and maize r ough dwarf. 18 ear lines of corn hybrids introduced from other country we re highly resistant to corn southern leaf spot, stalk rot, smut, and maize rough dwarf.
