摘要
随着改革开放的深入和经济关系的调整 ,新时期人民内部矛盾 ,特别是人民内部的利益矛盾、思想矛盾以及干部与群众之间的矛盾 ,都发生了新的变化。科学地认识人民内部矛盾的新变化 ,正确地处理新时期人民内部矛盾 ,是加快改革开放和现代化建设 。
With China's opening up and economic reform, contradictions among the people, especially those regarding people's interest, ideology and the relationship between the cadres and the masses of people, have undertaken new changes and acquired new characteristics. To recognize these new changes, and to correctly manage these contradictions, is an important guarantee of China's smooth development towards modernization.
