摘要
在 0 .5~ 8.0 km / min的纺丝速度下制备了聚对苯二甲酸丙二酯 (PTT)纤维 ,以 X射线衍射、密度、双折射、DSC、力学测定等手段测试了不同纺丝速度所得 PTT初生纤维的结构、热学及力学性能。结果表明 :随纺丝速度的升高 ,PTT纤维的取向和结晶增加 ,断裂伸长率降低 。
PTT fiber samples were melt\|spun in a wide take\|up velocity range between 0.5 and 8.0 km/min. The effects of take\|up velocity on the structure and properties of PTT fiber were studied using WAXS, DSC, birefringence and tensile measurements. The results showed that the higher the take\|up velocity, the higher the orientation and crystalline degree, the lower elongation at break, and the better mechanical properties can be achieved.
