摘要
目的:应用散射免疫比浊抑制法检测血清卡马西平(CAR)、丙戊酸浓度(VPA)。方法:利用大分子物质抗原与相应抗体反应生产不溶性免疫复合物而易于检测的原理,通过速率 散射比浊法测定药物浓度。 结果:卡马西平平均回收率100.6%,日内RSD为2.08%,日间RSD为 3.43%;丙戊酸线性范围2~150 μg·ml-1,平均回收率97.7%,日内RSD为2. 21%,日间RSD为3.56%。 结论:方法快捷,无需处理样品,灵敏性高,重复性好,适用临床血药浓度监测。
:OBJECTIVE To apply rate nephelometric inhibition immunoassay to examine serum carbamazepin e,valproate(CAR、VPA). METHODS According to the principle of the reaction of large molecular antigen with corresponding antibody producing insolu ble immune compounds that is easy to be examined by rate nephelometric inhibition immunoassay. RESULTS CAR average recovery 100.6% with RSD 2.08% and 3.43% for within-day and day-to-day; VP A linear range 2~150 μg·ml-1, average recovery 97.7% with RSD 2 .21% and 3.56% for within-day and day-to-day. CONCLUSIONS The results demonstrated that the method used is qu ick,simple.Sample handling is not needed.It is suitable for clinical drug monito ring.
