摘要
研究了钒钢增氮对钢性能及析出相的影响。结果表明 ,钢中增氮可显著提高钢的强度 ,每 0 0 0 1%的氮可使钒钢强度增加约 10MPa ;钢中增氮促进了钢中细小、弥散V(C ,N)强化相的析出 ,尤其促进了 1~ 10nm级微粒的析出 ,并能细化铁素体晶粒 。
The effect of nitrogen on property and pricipitation phase in vanadium steel is studied in this paper.The results show that the strength of vanadium steel is increased by about 10MPa through introducing 0 001% nitrogen into the steel.By adding nitrogen to the steel,the pricipitation of V(C,N)is promoted greatly,the amount of V(C,N)pricipitate increased and the particle size diminished,and the ferrite grain size is refined,too.It deserved to note that adding nitrogen promote the precipitation of 1~10nm nanoscale VN especially.This is the main reason for increasing of the strength of vanadium steel.
