摘要
通过对ZTi6Al4V合金进行 3种热处理 ,探索改善ZTi6Al4V合金的显微组织 ,从而提高其力学性能和疲劳性能 ,为扩大ZTi6Al4V合金的应用范围 ,提供了可靠的依据。ZTi6Al4V合金经α +β固溶处理、β固溶处理和组织破碎处理后 ,消除或减少了连续的α相晶界 ,拉伸性能和高周疲劳性能显著提高。
The method for improving the microstructure of ZTi6Al4V alloy to raise the tensile properties and ligh cycling fatigue property was studied through three variants of α+β and β solid solution and structure broken up heat treatments to eliminate or reduce continuous α phase boundary in ZTi6Al4V alloy, which provided available base for expanding ZTi6Al4V alloy's application field.
