摘要
通过对左、右横摆臂成形工艺的分析 ,确定了合理的冲压工艺方案 ,减少了模具的投入 ,取得了良好的效果。介绍了模具的结构特点及工作过程 ,其结构简单、制造容易 。
Through analyzing the forming technologies of right left horizontal oscillating arm, the reasonable stamping technology is determined. Therefore the investment in dies is reduced, and good results are received. The structure characteristic of die and the working process is introduced. The die is simple in structure and easy to manufacture. This paper has certain referent va lues in practice.
