摘要
研究了钛含量和奥氏体化温度对 2 0 Mn Mo B钢淬透性的影响。结果表明 ,过剩钛是决定 2 0 Mn Mo B钢淬透性稳定性的主要参数 ;2 0 Mn Mo B钢的淬透性随奥氏体化温度升高存在一个最大值。当过剩钛含量约为 0 .0 2 %、奥氏体化温度 90 0℃左右时 。
The influences of titanium content and austenitizing temperature on hardenability of 20MnMoB steel have been investigated.The results show that the excess Ti is the main parameter for the steadiness of hardenability,and there is a maximum of hardenability with austenitizing temperature increase.The experimental steel with about 0.02% excess Ti possesses the best hardenability after quenching at about 900℃.
