摘要
研究了 3Cr2 W8V钢基体离子镀 Ti N涂层在 5 0 0~ 70 0℃的高温磨损性能。利用 XRD法分析了涂层的相结构 ,用划痕法测定了涂层的结合力 ,并用 SEM观察分析了磨损形貌和磨损机理。结果表明 :随温度升高 ,Ti N涂层和基体的磨损率及摩擦系数均上升。Ti N涂层的高温耐磨性优于 3Cr2 W8V基体。
High temperature sliding wear property of TiN coating on 3Cr2W8V hot work die steel substrate between 500℃ and 700℃ have been investigated.Phase structure and adhesion strength of TiN coating is measured respectively by XRD analysis and scratch test.The worn morphologies and wear mechanism of TiN coating are observed and analyzed.The results show that with increasing of temperature,the wear rates and friction coefficient of TiN coating and substrate increase.The wear resistance of TiN coating is better than that of 3Cr2W8V substrate.Main wear mechanisms of TiN coating are adhesion transfer wear and abrasive wear.Adhesion transfer wear become severer as test temperature increases.
