摘要
自蔓延高温合成广泛用于制备难熔高温材料及其它先进材料 ,本文综述了自蔓延高温合成的发展概况、理论基础及技术应用 ,对目前 SHS研究中存在的问题及未来 SHS的研究发展方向作了简要论述。
Self-propagation in high temperature synthesis technique is widely applie d to manufacturing high temperature refractory materials and some other advanced materials. The paper surveys the developing situation, theoretical foundation a nd the applications of SHS technique, and also makes a brief discussion on the c urrent existing problems and further developing directions for SHS research.
