摘要
为了探索转杯纺纱工艺对成纱质量及纺纱过程的影响,分别对影响成纱质量及纺纱过程的主要工艺参数、分梳辊锯齿规格、锋利度及其转速进行了纺纱试验。结果表明,上述诸因素对成纱质量均有显著影响。并通过理论分析,提出了在本试验条件下的最优工艺及改善成纱质量的有效途径。
A rotor spinning experiment is carried out on some main technological para-
meters, specifications and sharpness of combing roller teeth and the rotative vel-
ocity, which are found very impacting on the yarn quality and the spinning
itself. The paper later proposes an optimum technology and an effective way for
the improvement of rotor yarn quality under the experimental condition.
