摘要
分析了双电层电容器工作原理、等效电路。将活性炭、酚醛树脂粉按7∶3(质量比)混合,加入适量添加剂及粘结剂混匀,在20 MPa压力下压制成型,900℃真空下(10 Pa)焙烧2 h制成极化电极,在30%硫酸中真空浸渍制成了双电层电容器。经测试,单电极的比容达25 F / g,单元工作电压1.0 V,内阻1.77 W。循环充放电2 000次,其性能无明显变化。
The operation principle of electric double-layer capacitor (EDLC) is discussed. The elementary sample of EDLC has been prepared successfully. The electrode is made by mixing active carbon, bakelite, additive and binder, and thenmolding at 20MPa and calcining at 900℃ in vacuum(10 Pa)for 2h. Dipping in the 30% sulfuric acid, and then EDLC is acquired The specific capacity of a single electrode approximates to 25F/g, operating voltage 1.0 V, inert resistance 1.77 W. The properties are almost constant after the electrode being recharged 2000 times. (11 refs.)
