摘要
28 % (V/V)低度白酒在储存过程中 ,受到外界影响变化较大 ,通过多种条件下的对比试验 ,总结得出 ,生产 2 8% (V/V)低度白酒时 ,应高度重视密封储存 。
During the course of conservation,the 28%(V/V) low-degree liquor may be affected greatly by outer circumstances.Through a series of control experiments in which the conditions are different.It can be concluded that when producing 28%(V/V) low-degree liquor,the enclosure conservation should be paid high attention and it should be placed in cool place.(tran.by Chang Li-feng)
