摘要
研究了气质联用 (GC/MS)选择离子采集测定啤酒中二甲基硫 (DMS)含量的条件 ,方法的线性范围为 0- 15 0 μg/l,回收率为 99 9% - 10 5 % ,变异系数为 5 0 2 %。该方法灵敏度高 ,无干扰 ,准确度高 。
The condition of determining the dimethylsulfide content in beers by MID was studied.The linear range was 0～150μg/L,the recoverey from 99.9%to 105%,RSD% was 5.02%.The method has been applied to detemine the DMS in beers with high accuracy and nil interference.
