摘要
总结了自 1998年 12月至 2 0 0 0年 9月对 6例采用 背甲皮瓣移植联合带指神经血管蒂岛状皮瓣移位术再造拇指患者的临床护理 ,再造的拇指功能和外形好 ,又保留了趾。介绍了心理支持措施、血管训练方法、皮瓣血液循环的观察特点、并发症的预防。
From December 1998 to September 2000, 6 patients underwent a combined transfer of the wrap-around flap and digital neurovascular island flap for thumb reconstruction. Satisfactory appearance and function was achieved in the reconstructed thumbs, while the great toes were kept intact. We introduced clinical nursing measures, including psychological support, vascular training, observation of flap blood supply, control of complications, postoperative sensory re-training and functional rehabilitation.
