摘要
目的 :制备匹罗卡品漱口液 ,用于治疗口腔干燥症。方法 :采用羟肟酸铁比色法测定匹罗卡品含量 ,并结合薄层色谱法对本品进行了光稳定性考察。用初均速法预测了有效期。结果 :本品对光稳定 ,对温度较敏感。室温贮存期为 4 2d ,4℃贮存期为 2 80d。结论 :本品可质控 。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare the Pilocarpine gargle for the treatment of xerostomia. METHODS: Determination of Pilocarpine concentration was made by spectroscopy of a ferric hydroxylamine complex. The influence of light on the stability of this gargle was studied. Expiration date was estimated by the initial average rate method. RESULTS: This gargle was light resisting and sensitive to heat. The shelflife was 40 d at room temperature and 280 d at 4℃. CONCLUSION: The gargle was quality controllable and suitable for hospital preparation.
