摘要
了充分利用潮流信息 ,确保船舶航行安全性 ,缩短航行时间 ,节约燃料 ,提高船舶航行效率 ,提出了一种将潮流信息数字化的方法 ,给出了该方法的实现原理 .利用此方法 ,可以迅速准确地获取指定海域的潮流信息 .介绍了在此基础上实现的一种用于在内陆海等特定海域航行船舶航海计划制定的支援系统 ,并给出了具体实现的框图 .利用该系统可以模拟预定航线的航行时间 ,从而可以确定最佳出航时间和航线 .通过对某一特定海域内船舶航行时间的模拟实例 ,验证了该系统的有效性 .
In order to make full use of the information of tidal stream,ensure safety in ship navigation,reduce the time of sailing,economize fuel and raise ship navigation efficiency, in this paper, a method of digitizing the information of tidal stream and the principle of implementing this method is presented. The information of tidal stream of designated sea area can be acquired rapidly and accurately by utilizing this method.A support system for sailing plan of ship navigation which can be used for some special sea as inland sea and the implementing block-diagram is also introduced.By using this system,the navigation time of schedule routes can be simulated and the optimal departure time and routes can be given.The effective of system is proved by simulating the time of ship sailing the special sea.
