摘要
面对新世纪 ,中国的基础教育正在大步改革。高等师范教育必须以学生为主体 ,努力培养创造性人才 ,为基础教育输送大批合格的师资 。
Abatract: Facing the new century, the reform of elementary education of China is going on at a rapid rate. The higher normal education must take training students to be teachers as the main concern The vniversities should try hard to train creative personnel and lots of qualified teachers for elementary education, and should promote our country's economic and social development.
