摘要
汽车双横臂独立悬架转向传动机构具有布置灵活 ,传动可靠等优点 ,但机构复杂 ,设计困难。文章应用空间机构运动学原理对其进行空间运动计算 ,建立了优化设计数学模型及算法 ,开发了优化设计软件 ,并给出了设计分析实例。与传统设计方法相比较 ,该文考虑更多的空间因素 ,使计算结果更加符合实际情况 ,为双横臂独立悬架转向传动机构设计提供了精确实用的方法。
Ackerman steering linkage has a series of advantages, such as flexible layout, reliable operation, etc, but it is complicated in structure and difficult to design. In this paper, the principles of kinematics of spatial mechanism are applied to the calculation of the spatial motion of the steering linkage. The optimal mathematical model and algorithm are set up,a software package for the optimal design has been worked out, and the practical examples are given. In comparison with the conventional design method, more spatial factors are considered in this paper and the solution is closer to the reality. So an accurate and useful method is provided for the design of Ackerman steering linkage of double wishbone suspension.
