摘要
目的 :观察烹调油烟对大鼠细胞免疫功能的影响。方法 :采用亚慢性吸入染毒 ,给大鼠吸入烹调油烟 ,测定不同染毒时间后大鼠 T淋巴细胞和天然杀伤 (NK)细胞功能及活性的变化。结果 :大鼠胸腺细胞自发增殖反应能力、脾淋巴细胞转化功能、NK细胞活性和脾细胞产生 IL- 2活性均明显降低。结论
Objective:To observe the effects of cooking oil fume (COF) on cellular immunity of rats. Methods: Rats were exposed to COF by subchronic inhalation to determine the changes of cellular function and activities of T lymphocytes and NK cell of rats after different time exposure.Results:The abilities of spontaneous proliferation of thymocytes,the ConA induced mitogentic response of splenocytes,the splenic NK cell activities and IL 2 production of splenocytes decreased significantly.Conclusion:COF could inhibit cellular immune function of rats.
