摘要
本文以工程陶瓷材料中的氧化铝、氮化硅为例,研究了磨削过程中的磨削力。基于试验结果,建立了两种工程陶瓷外圆切入磨削时的磨削力经验公式;阐明了工程陶瓷与金属在力比(F′_n/F′_t)值上的明显不同,正好反映了两类材料切屑形成机理的差别;探讨了评价工程陶瓷可磨性参数Λ_w的计算公式。
In this paper studies are made on the grinding forcesduring cylindrical plunge grinding of engineering ceramics such asaluminum oxide and silicate nitride. Grinding forces empirical formu-la for such ceramics are established based on the experimental restil-ts. It is proved that the difference between grinding fouce ratio(F'_n / F'_t ) for ceramics and that for metals represents well the dif-ference between the chip formation mechanisms for the two kinds ofmaterials. The formula for evaluating grindability parameter (Λ_w) ofsuch ceramics is also discussed in the paper.
