摘要 本文探讨了磨削叶片材料(1Cr13)时砂带的磨损机理。借助扫描电子显微镜分析砂带表面形貌,可以清晰地观察到砂带的典型磨损方式,即:磨粒破碎磨损、磨粒脱落磨损、磨粘粘盖磨损和磨粒摩擦磨损,其中最主要的是在磨粒刀刃形成小平面的摩擦磨损。由于大多数磨粒刀刃的高度逐渐减低而导致砂带失效。ABSTRACT This paper described the grit wear mechanisms of abras-ive belts when grinding blade material (1Cr13). By means of scan-ning electron microscopy, the typical wear patterns can be observedclearly, namely: fractured grits, pulled out grits, capped grits and gr-its showing attrition wear, in which the predominant wear manner isattrition wear with worn flats on the top of cutting edges of grit. Theheights of most grit cutting edges on abrasive belts gradually decreasefrom the tips owing to attritious wear, which leads to the belts failure. This paper described the grit wear mechanisms of abrasive belts when grinding blade material ( 1 Cr13 ).By means of scanning electron microscopy, the typical wear patterns can be observed clearly, namely: fractured grits, pulled out grits, capped grits and grits showing attrition wear, in which the predominant wear manner is attrition wear with worn flats on the top of cutting edges of grit. The heights of most grit cutting edges on abrasive belts gradually decrease from the tips owing to attritions wear, which leads to the belts failure.
