Development of 1 kVA Three Phase Inverter with High-Frequency Soft-Switching

摘要 对新研制的 1 k VA2 70 V直流变换成三相四线恒压 (1 1 5 V/2 0 0 V)恒频 (4 0 0 Hz)交流电的变流器所采用的主电路拓扑构成、工作原理、控制方法进行了介绍、分析 ,给出了实验数据和波形 ,并对实验结果进行了分析。该变流器采用了模块化结构 ,由 3个 3 3 3 VA单相 DC/AC变换器组合而成 ,最高开关频率达 1 0 0 k Hz,采用了电流电压双闭环 DPM滞环控制。结果表明该系统具有高效率、高功率密度 ,输出波形质量优 ,三相不对称负载能力强等特点。 A 270 V DC //115 V/200 V/400 Hz 3 phases inverter is introduceed and circuit topology with soft switching and control scheme of three phase inverter is presented. The experimental data and the waveforms of 1 kVA inverter are shown. The inverter consists of three modules of single phase DC/AC inverter. The rated output power of one module is 333 VA and the switching frequency of inverter is high to 100 kHz,the double loops control method with the feedback of output voltage and current are used. Results show that the system has excellent properties in efficiency,power density, output voltage waveform and the balance among three output voltages.
