摘要
本工作成功地开发了高温罩式窑。该窑结构设计独特、密封形式新颖巧妙 ,适用多种燃料(重油、柴油和LPG)。与其他间歇式窑炉相比 ,该窑使用温度最高达 186 0℃ ,窑温均匀 ,能快速升温(9h升至 180 0℃ ) ,密封可靠 。
The top hat kiln was developed with special structure design and novel and ingenious sealing type.Many fuels such as heavy oil,diesel oil and liquid petrol oil can be used for the kiln.The highest service temperature of the kiln reaches 1860 ℃,and the kiln can rise the temperature quickly(reaching 1800 ℃ in 9 h).Compared with other periodic kilns, the kiln has homogeneous temperature distribution,reliable sealing system and high equipment level.
