摘要
合成了 2种手性氨基二醇催化剂 ,并对它们进行了结构确定和表征 ,研究了合成催化剂时所遇到的化学和手性因素等相关问题 .催化实验证明 ,它们对有机锌与醛加成反应有不对称催化作用 ,其中体积效应较大的 β 氨基取代二醇有更好的催化作用 ,且产物的构型与催化剂的构型相同 ,说明 β 氨基取代醇中的羟基在过渡态中起主要作用 .它们对其加成反应本身也有催化作用 .
Two chiral aminodiol catalysts are synthesized. They are characterized by IR, 1 HNMR, 13 CNMR, Ms and elementary analysis, coming up to the course of their synthesis. Catalytic experiences demonstrated that they can catalyze that asymmetric reaction between organic zinc and aldehyde. The β-aminodiol with bigger volume effect shows better catalytic activity. At the same time, the configuration of products is indicated that its is same as the its catalyst. They can also catalyze the addition itself.
