摘要
二苯基二甲氧基硅烷是新生代的聚丙烯工业中的高效催化剂的重要组成部分 ,目前我国的约 80家聚丙烯生产厂家都用到它。我们以二苯基二氯硅烷和甲醇为起始原料 ,依据反应温度、反应时间和反应物料摩尔配比的不同 ,采用两步反应法对其进行了制备研究。得到了相应的最佳制备工艺条件 ,其结果为①第一步反应 :二苯基一氯甲氧基硅烷的制备的反应温度为室温 ( 5℃~ 3 5℃ ) ,反应时间为 2 5h ,反应物料摩尔配比为Ph2 SiCl2 ∶CH3OH =1∶1 5 ;②第二步反应 :二苯基二甲氧基硅烷的制备的反应温度为 15℃以下 ,反应时间 1h ,反应分批次数为 5 ,初始摩尔配比为DCMS∶CH3OH =1∶7。
Diphenyldimethoxylsilane is one of the important constituens of novel genarational highly effective catalyst in polypropylene industry and has been used in approximate 80 polypropylene factories in our country today.On the basis of various reaction temperature,reaction time and amount of reactants,and by using diphenyldichlorosilane and methanol as raw materials we have carried out a thorough study on its preparation through 2 steps reaction,and get a series of optimum preparation parameter.The results as follow:①for preparation of intermediate DCMS is reaction temperature 5 ℃~35 ℃,reaction time 2.5 h,molar ratio of reactants Ph 2SiCl 2∶CH 3OH=1∶1.5, and ②for preparation of the desired product reaction temperature below 15 ℃, reaction time 1 h ,number of reaction batch times 5,first mole ratio DCMS∶CH 3OH=1∶7.
