建立了 DD6单晶高温合金杨氏模量、屈服强度和强化指数与取向定量关系。并用这三个力学参数对滞后能△W进行表达。进而用 Nf =C(△ W)β模型疲劳寿命进行予测 ,对 [0 0 1 ]、[0 1 1 ]和 [1 1 1 ]取向附近的多个取向进行的恒应力速率的低周疲劳试验表明
The low cycle fatigue tests on nickel-base single-crystal superalloy DD6 were conducted at 980 C under total axial strain control. Specimens having crystallographic orientations near [001], [011 ] and [111] were tested under fully reversed strain. The experimental result shows that the fatigue behavior depends on the crystallographic orientation and total strain amplitude. A model with hysteretic energy was established to predict the low Cycle fatigue life.
