摘要
旋板端部与定子内表面间的摩擦副设计是高速旋板泵设计的技术关键。本文把流体动力润滑理论用于高速旋板泵的设计,着重探索旋板动压支承的设计,提出了一种设计方法。算例结果表明,本文的设计方法可使动压支承尺寸与泵总体尺寸相匹配。
Design of a friction pair between the vane tip and the stator inner surface is a technical key problem for the design of high-speed vane pumps. In this paper the hydrodynamic lubrication theory is applied to the design of high-speed vane pumps. Emphasis is laid on the design of hydrodynamic bearing vanes, and a novel design method is presented. The result of a calculation example shows that the hydrodynamic bearing size can be matched with the overall pump geometry by the method given in the paper.
