摘要
运用社会学及经济学原理 ,分析了世界各国法定退休年龄提高的趋势及中国当前法定退休年龄存在的问题 ,提出为适应劳动力结构的变化及缓解养老金的支出 ,新世纪 2 0年代前后中国变革法定退休年龄的思考和建议。
According to sociological and economic principles, this p aper analyze the world- wide trend of rising retirement age, and discuss the problem facing China's regu lations in retirement age. The author proposes recommendations for China to adju st retirement age in the coming two decades in order to response properly to the changes of labor structure and relieve the pressure of the pension expenditure.
