简析了Ｔｅｌｎｅｔ协议的组成及其实现，并用Ｄｅｌｐｈｉ实现Ｔｅｌｎｅｔ协议的方法，而且介绍了在网络故障检测中的应用。
The Paper analyses the Telnet protocol , and implement Telnet protocol with Delphi. Finally the paper discusses how to use Telnet in network management.
