摘要
经对449例输精管切除1cm,两断端单纯结扎并加石炭酸烧灼的对象进行了术前和术后0.5至18月的系统精液检查及其配偶的孕情调查,证实输精管自发性再通占7.8％,且其中未避孕的妻子有1/3妊娠。木后18个月的观察结果还表明,90.6％的自发性再通发生在9月以内,而且距手术时间越短发生率相对越高。由于输精管切除1cm,两断端单纯结扎法再通率高达7.8％,故不宜继续采用此法。
Systematic semen analysis before and after vasectomy at 0.5-18 month intervals and survey of wife pregnancy have been made among 449 cases who had about 1cm of their vas deferens been removed and the two ends been ligated and carbolized. 7.8% spontaneous recanalization was found and pregnancy happened in 1/3 of their wives without any contraceptive use. Half to eighteen month observations following vasectomy indicated that 90.6% of all spontaneous recanalization occured in the first nine months, the shorter the time following operation, the higher rate of the recanalization. It is inappropriate to use this method any longer due to the higher rate of spontaeous anastomosis.
