摘要
70mm核用离心萃取器三级串联时 ,以水 煤油为体系进行水力学试验 ,三级均运行 ,在流比范围为 1 / 1 8~ 8 0 / 1和转速为 2 94 0r/min的条件下 ,处理能力可达 2 80L/h ,即使其中任一级或相间隔的两级发生停转 ,整个级联仍能继续运行 ,水力学性能良好 ;以 30 %TRPO 煤油 HNO3为体系进行传质试验 ,三级均运行 ,传质性能良好 ,当转速为 30 0 0r/min时 ,实验萃取率与理论萃取率相差小于 0 5 % ,当其中某一级或相间隔的两级不运行 ,与三级均运行时的相比 ,其萃取率有不同程度的降低。
For three stage cascade 70 mm centrifugal extractor used in nuclear industry,the hydraulic experiments are carried out for H 2O kerosene system.When the rotor speed is 2 940 r/min,the total throughput that all of three stages operate can reach 280 L/h at the A/O ratio ranges from 1/18 to 8.0/1.Even though one stage or two interval stages cease to operate,the cascade can continue to work,and the hydraulic performance is excellent.The mass transfer experiments are carried out for 30%TRPO kerosene HNO 3 system,When all of three stages operate,the mass transfer efficiency is excellent.When the rotor speed is 3 000 r/min,the experiment extraction efficiency ( ρ ) is 0.5% less than that of the theory.When one stage or two interval stages of three stage cascade cease to work,the extraction efficiency is less than that of three stages operating.
