摘要
通过对纱线毛羽大量的工艺试验和专门测试 ,分析了毛羽的形态和成因 ,探讨了原料和纺纱工艺流程中各工序影响毛羽形成的规律 ,分析了影响毛羽的一些工艺参数 ,为进一步减少纱线毛羽提供了一定的参考依据 .
By doing enormous processing testing and specialized testing of yarn hairiness,the shape and the formation cause of hairiness are analysed,the formation regulations of causing yarn hairiness in the materials and all kinds of spinning processes are discussed,the influence of some processing parameters is analysed, which provides some reference to further decreasing hairiness.
