血清药理学方法体外实验系统的血清添加量问题 被引量:25

摘要 为了解不同血清添加对体外培养细胞系的影响 ,采用MTT法分别检测含红参、黄芪血清不同添加量对胚鼠皮肤成纤维细胞 (3T3)增殖的影响。结果 :含红参血清在与血浓度相等的条件下有明显的抑制细胞增殖的作用 ,延长培养时间在较低添加量时也呈现抑制作用 ;含黄芪血清在低血清添加量时对细胞的增殖呈促进作用 ,在高添加量下呈抑制作用。提示 :在体外反应系统中 。 To investigate the effects of different serum addition on culture cells in vitro,MTT method was employed to detect the influence of different concentration of serum addition of Red Gensing or White Atractylodes Rhizome on the proliferation of 3T3.Results showed that the serum with the same concentration of Red Ginseng as blood could significantly inhibit the cell proliferation of 3T3,and the small serum addition could also inhibit the proliferation of 3T3 in a longer incubation time;small serum addition of Atractylodes Rhizome could promote the proliferation of 3T3,while large serum addition inhibit the proliferation.It is revealed that increasing the drug on tained serum addition is a workable device for the drug con centration in the reaction system in vitro.
