摘要
采用复相混合烧结制备出掺杂钾离子的 PZN基陶瓷 ,研究了钾离子对 PZN- BT- PT三元系弛豫铁电陶瓷的相结构、介电性能的影响。结果表明 ,钾离子掺杂可使材料的居里温度向低温方向移动 ,降低陶瓷的介电常数 ,但可有效改善陶瓷试样的温度稳定性 ;复相混合烧结可以消除由于钾离子掺杂而引起的焦绿石相 ;二者结合可获得具有纯钙钛矿相结构 ,弥散相变度宽 (~ 10 0℃ ) ,室温介电常数高 ,介电损耗低 (0 .0 11)的 PZN基弛豫铁电陶瓷 。
