摘要
目的 深入研究拇腕掌关节的动脉供应和血管构筑 ,为关节伤病致残时的修复与功能重建提供形态学资料。方法 福尔马林固定的成人尸体上肢 2 0例 ( 4 0侧 ) ,解剖观察供应拇腕掌关节动脉的来源、走行和分布。新鲜成人尸体上肢 6例 ( 12侧 ) ,经肱动脉注入 2 0 %明胶墨汁 ,盐酸脱钙 ,将腕掌关节切成 1~ 2mm厚的薄片 ,透明后在透射光体视显微镜下观察关节各结构的微血管构筑。结果 动脉有多个来源 ,动脉支以关节面为中心 ,形成多层相套、层间相互交通的血管网 ,关节囊掌侧血管网稠密 ,滑膜层内有多层血管网 ,滑膜皱襞内血管网成团。结论 拇腕掌关节囊掌侧血供丰富 。
Objective To research the arterial supply and the architecture of the trapeziometacarpal articulation for studying the thumb function.Method The trapeziometacarpal joints were dissected in 52 cadaver arms,the origenation and the distribution of the arteries,the arterial architecture of the joint structure were observed macroanatomically and microanatomically.Result The artery of the joint were multiple origenation,they were ramafied and anastomed into many layer networks in the articular structures.The networks were comunicated with the vessels networks of the structures around the joint.Conclusion The blood supply of the capsule is richer in palm,and the richest structure is the synovial membran and their pilica.
