摘要
目的:进行酶膜保存方法及寿命研究。方法 :采用不同方法对LOD(乳酸氧化酶 )酶膜进行冷冻保存 ,定时分别测定其活性。结果 :应用4种方法的研究结果显示 ,用保鲜膜冷冻保存LOD酶膜最佳 ,保存寿命可达6个月。结论 :这些结果对于其它酶膜的保存可以借鉴 。
Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the preservation method and life of enzyme membrane. Methods: Freezing preservation of LOD enzyme membrane is used through different methods, then determine its activity respectively and at a certain time. Results: With four methods, the results show that LOD enzyme membrane with the frozen preservation in the fresh membrane is the best. Its preservation life is up to six months. Conclusion: The results are useful to the preservation of other enzyme membrane and provide the possibility for the circulation of commodity.
