摘要
在实验条件下 ,制备了两种柱撑蒙脱石 ,用X射线衍射分析和BETN2 比表面积分析对其进行了表征 ,并对水中的硫酸根离子进行了吸附试验 ,通过正交实验研究了柱撑蒙脱石对水中硫酸根离子的吸附率、吸附容量及其与硫酸根离子初始浓度、pH值、吸附时间等因素间的关系 ,确定了它们吸附硫酸根离子的适宜条件 ,并与钠蒙脱石对水中硫酸根离子的吸附情况进行了对比。在此基础上初步探讨了吸附的机理 ,认为Al13及Al2 O3柱撑蒙脱石具有很强的吸附硫酸根离子的能力 ,在 pH分别为 4和 5时硫酸根离子去除效果最好。
Two kinds of Al pillared montmorillonites were prepared and characterized by means of powder X-ray diffraction and BET N 2 adsorption surface area analysis. Sulfate adsorption experiments with Al 13 and Al 2O 3 pillared montmorillonites were conducted. The optimum sulfate-adsorption conditions of these two samples were investigated in detail. Desulfation mechanism also was discussed. The results showed that Al 13 and Al 2O 3 pillared montmorillonites are strong in sulfate-adsorption capacity at pH=5 and 4, respectively.
