高效毛细管电泳法测定头孢唑啉钠的含量 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :测定头孢唑啉钠的含量。方法 :采用毛细管电泳法 ,选用硼砂缓冲液 (pH7.89) ;运行电压 14kV ,检测波长 2 14nm。选择枸橼酸昔多芬为内标。结果 :头孢唑啉钠在 33.9~ 6 78μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好 ,r =0 .9996 (n =5 ) ,平均回收率 99.5 7% ,RSD为 2 .37% (n =5 )。结论 :该法分离效率高 ,快速、简便。 OBJECTIVE High perforamnce capillary electrophoresis(HPCE) was used for the determination of cefazolin sodium.METHODS A buffer solution containing 25 mmol·L -1 borax (pH 7.89 ) was used.The applied voltage was 14 kV and UV detection wavelength was 214 nm,sildenafil citrate was selected as internal standard.RESULTS For cefazolin sodium the linear range was 33.9 ~678 μg·ml -1 , r = 0.9996 ( n =5).The average recovery was 99.57% with RSD 1.97% ( n =5).CONCLUSIONS The results demonstrated that the method was highly effective,less solvent consumption,simple,rapid and accurate.
