摘要 免疫系统在病毒性心肌炎及其向扩张型心肌病转化中发挥了重要的作用 ,尤其是现代免疫学和分子病毒学等分子医学技术 ,为病毒性心肌炎进展为扩张型心肌病的发病机制提供了重要的手段。有关T细胞免疫应答的新进展则为病毒性心肌炎及其转化为扩张型心肌病的机制提供了全新的见解 ;细胞凋亡在慢性心肌炎及扩张型心肌病的发现 ,为这一复杂的机制提供了仅次于病毒RNA持续复制和免疫介导损伤之外的第三种发病途径 ,同时 ,在体液免疫应答方面 。 The immune system plays an important role in the pathgenesis of viral myocarditis and viral myocarditis developing to dilated cardiomyopathy since the tremendous developments in the molecular medicine and new techniques of viral gene amplification,and modern immunology.Moreover,new knowledge of T cell mediated immune responses in murine viral myocarditis has contributed to a great deal of the understanding of the mechanisms of ongoing disease processes.Cell apoptotic may provide the third concept to explain the pathogenesis of dilated cardiomyopathy,in addition to persistent viral RNA in the heart tissue and an immune system mediated mechanism.And while,some autoantibodies against myocardial tissue such as antibodies against myosin heavy chain,ATP/ADP carrier,betal receptor,and M2 receptor are important in the developing of dilated cardiomyopathy.
