对当前国内外在废旧电池的处理处置方面进行了综合性论述 。
In this article, treatment and disposal of all different waste batteries in domestic and foreign countries has been introduced.Analysis on the hazard of waste batteries and the policy to deal with this type of waste has been conducted.
