摘要
将汽油车改造成燃用高比例甲醇的汽车,常有经济性差及加速迟缓现象。作者对化油器进行了相应的改造,且在化油器配剂调整中,使用了一种简便实用的模拟道路负荷选定配剂。经改造的甲醇化油器在发动机台架和道路试验中均获得了良好的性能。与汽油机相比,最大扭矩可增加约6%,加速性略好于汽油机,经济性也得到一定改善。
While a motor is modified from fuelling gasoline to near neat methanol, it often encounters the promblems of poor economy and hesitating acceleration. One way to solve these prombles is to modify the related construction of original carburettor. Thus the metering system of the carburettor is modified and the engine is tested on engine stand with simulating road loads. A great deal of engine tests on stand and roads show that the modified carburettor gives improving performance. As compare with the original gasoline engine, the maximum torque increases by about 6 %, acceleration and economy are improved as well.
