摘要
本文依据实测的预燃室式柴油机的主燃室与预燃烧室压力、油管压力、针阀升程、火焰温度及滞燃期等主要参数的数据和曲线,对预燃室式来油机的主、预燃烧室燃烧全过程进行综合分析,从而对完善预燃室式柴油机燃烧过程提出了有参考价值的建议。在实验研究过程中采用了燃烧火焰瞬时温度测量装置及微机测试系统,为数据采集、分析和运算提供了现代测试手段。
In the paper, based on the observed values and curves of pressures in both the main chamber and the prechamber, the pressure in fuel pipe line, the injector needle lift, the flame temperature, the ignition delay period, and other chief parameters in a precombustion chamber type diesel engine, a synthetical analysis on the combustion processes in both the main chamber and the prechamber is deduced. Therefore, valuable suggestion for perfecting the combustion processes in the precombustion chamber type engine are proposed. In the course of experimental study, modern test mediums, such as combustion flame instantaneous temperature measuring device with microcomputer for sampling, logging and processing or calculating the test data are applied.
