摘要
在作者对乳化油雾化燃烧过程机理多年实验研究和数值研究的基础上,本文对柴油机燃用掺水乳化油的节能净化潜力进行了系统的分析。实验结果证明,通过引汽乳化技术,小型高速柴油机不必作任何改动,就能在低排污高效率的情况下燃用重油。
On the basis of the experimental fundamental researches and numerical studies of emulsified oil process made by authors in recent years, the efficiency and emissions potential of diesel engines using emulsified oil with water was analysed systematically in this paper. Results of the bench experiments showed that using steam emulsified heavy oil in high speed diesel engines is a practical way by which heavy oil could be used with lower emissions and higher thermal efficiency while engines required little modification.
