摘要
提出了在数字化、自动化超声液浸检测中探头与工件之间最佳距离的概念 ,并给出了最佳距离的计算方法。与此同时 ,借助计算机技术、精密仪器技术和数控技术等 ,开发了一个探头自动调整系统 ,提高了超声检测的效率。
Optimum probe distance was put forward for ultrasonic immersion testing, and the calculation method was given. At the same time, an automatic adjusting system for probe distance was developed with the aid of technologies of computer, precise instrument and numeric control. As a result, the efficiency, precision and reliability of ultrasonic testing were improved.
