摘要
以苯胺、CS2 和硫磺为原料 ,采用大配比硫磺的合成技术路线 ,研究了促进剂M的合成新工艺 .结果表明 ,大配比硫磺的合成工艺 ,能够有效地抑制副产物的生成 ,产品收率可由传统工艺的 80 %提高至86 % ,产品质量能够达到国标优级品 (熔点≥ 173.0℃ )
The new synthesis technology of vulcanizing promoter M (2 Mercaptobenzothiazole) was studied, with aniline,carbon bisulfide,sulfer as meterials and using great proportion sulfer synthesis method.The results have demonstrated that the process of great proportion sulfer can reduce prodcimg by products, the product yield is raised remarkbly from 80% to 86%, the quantity of product may meet national standard(melting point≥173 ℃).
