A New Two-Stage Method in the Design of Manufacturing Cells

摘要 成组技术 (GT)是提高制造系统效率、降低加工成本的先进制造技术 ,但由于制造工艺的改进和产品结构的调整 ,可能使得以前的单元划分不再适应新的生产要求 .文中采用遗传算法(GA)进行两阶段的问题解决 ,第一阶段针对通常执行的典型任务以 GA进行成组 ,在第二阶段应用模糊多目标规划进行建模 ,并在第一阶段成组的基础上 ,根据系统状态的变化及时作出成组方案的相应扩展 .以一个实际的系统阐述了算法的思想与操作步聚 . Grouping technology is used to enhance the system efficieny and reduce the cost of production in advanced manufacturing system. However, the previous grouping scheme could no longer adapt to new changes in manufacturing environment. This paper adopted Genetic Algorithms (GA) to solve the problem with a two stage method. In the first stage, GA is used to group manufacturing system. In the second stage, a fuzzy multi objective model is utilized to setup the mathematical model of the problem. A regrouping scheme is used to improve the scheme according to the changes in the status of the system. At last, an example was put forward to instantiate the ideas and procedures of the algorithms.
