摘要
介绍作者在铲齿车床上成功改造螺杆磨床的有关技术 .分析了螺杆磨床的特殊性和基本运动关系 ,阐述了在结构上采用三轴联动的交流伺服 ,无须搬动角度的磨头结构 ,用金刚滚轮作为砂轮修整工具 ,使所改造的螺杆磨床能够适时进行砂轮截型计算、自动生成砂轮修整和磨削加工数控程序 ,实现螺杆磨削过程完全自动化的技术 .
Techniques of modifying a backing\|off machine to a NC screw\|grinding machine are presented. After analyzing the particularities and the motion characteristics of the latter, the system includes a 3 coordinate AC servomotor, a grinding wheel whose angle is fixed during the process and a emery wheel as the grinding\|wheel dressing tool. The NC screw\|grinding machine after modified can not only calculate the sectional shape of the grinding\|wheel simultaneously while grinding, but also program for the grinding\|wheel dressing and the whole grinding process automatically.
